Bike is in great condition with a few minor blemishes that are visible in pictures of the side car fender.
Sidecar interior in red leather was done by BMW of Fort Worth TX.

This motorcycle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the motorcycle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this motorcycle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. I reserve the right not to sell to any bidder with 0 or negative feedback or to any bidder for any reason. Seller also reserves the right to end the auction early. $1,000 (non-refundable) deposit via Paypal or bank wire transfer is due within 24 hours of auction end and balance is due within 7 business days of auction end. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping.  After 10 days, there will be a $20 per day storage fee for each day.

BMW Recalls Several Models in Canada for Potential Fuel Leaks

Transport Canada has announced a recall on 18 BMW models across several model years spanning from 2005 to 2012 because of a risk of fuel leaks (the full list of models and model years is below). As of this posting, no recall has been announced for the U.S. but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) currently has an investigation open for a similar issue, potentially affecting 45,588 BMW motorcycles.
