RARE FIND! GREAT TRACK BIKE! 2013 BMW HP4 COMPETITION EDITION WITH COLLISION DAMAGE. Equipped: Heated grips, ABS, DDC (Dynamic damping control) Akrapovic titanium exhaust, Motorrad pegs,  shifter, brake pedal, carbon fiber panels , suede saddle etc. Damage: Front fairing, stay, headlamps, mirrors, windshield, headlamp/abs switch, speedometer, brake fluid reservoir, gas tank dented around gas cap , left lower matte panel bit of rash, left carbon panel above mid panel is damaged , front wheel is bent, rear wheel has minor rash on the edge.What you see in the pics is what you get. The damage all appears to be high above the suspension. Bike is being sold in condition "AS IS!". Engine runs excellent! Welcome to take a look in person prior to bidding. European Parliament Makes ABS Mandatory, Tighten Emissions Standards by 2016

The European Parliament voted overwhelmingly in favor of new rules that would increase emission standards and make anti-lock braking systems mandatory for all new large motorcycles, scooters and trikes and quads by 2016. The new regulations, which would still need approval from European Union member states, may only directly affect Europe, but they will have a wide-reaching affect on manufacturers’ product development for other markets. BMW, for example, has already made ABS standard for all its motorcycles for 2013.

Dainese to Develop Airbag-Equipped Riding Gear for BMW; Technology Coming to BMW Motorcycles in 2015

BMW announced a new joint project with Dainese that would develop a new line of rider equipment using the Italian company’s integrated airbag technology. The two companies will also be working on integrating the technology to BMW’s motorcycles. The new line will make use of Dainese’s D-Air technology developed by MotoGP racers such as Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi.
