BMW Other description
2013 BMW C 650 GT, This is the best description of my BMW C650GT: I have Motorcycle performance without any engine or exhaust pipe heat, tank mounting, shifting with easy operating ABS. The C650GT averages 51 mpg while pulling a 549 lb. bike with an automatic transmission and a rider. I salute BMW once again for pulling it off. I am not a knee dropper however, I assure you a street bike rider could take C650GT to track day. The transmission holds the bike back on compression down to about 15 mph. When you twist the throttle, the centrifugal clutch torques up and you surge ahead. This works at speed also. If you are going 70 mph and hit the gas, the torque jumps in for easy passing. It is like downshifting without the hassle of clutch and gear change. The C650GT lumbar support and seat provide better support and sitting comfort then most aftermarket seats or modified BMW seats. Features: On Board Computer (ambient temperature, mpg, av. speed, tire pressure, date, time, two trip resets, daily auto trip reset, rpm and fuel gage), Heated grips, Heated driver and passenger seats, electric windshield, cold air regulators, L.E.D. turn signals, huge storage compartment (holds one full face helmet and one standard helmet), two glove compartments (large one locks and has a 12 volt accessory socket), a $180.00 luggage rack and handgrip wraps (more ergonomic grip). This C650GT is pampered with all service current. It is trouble free and ready to go anywhere If you have any questions, feel free to call me at (818) 606-6772. $8,720.00 8186066772

2025 Husqvarna Vitpilen 801 – First Look
Wed, 02 Oct 2024The Svartpilen 801 has a new roadster-styled sibling, as Husqvarna announces the new “White Arrow” Vitpilen 801. Like the Black Arrow, the Vitpilen adopts the 799cc LC8c Parallel-Twin of the KTM 790 Duke, offering yet a new option to the shared platform. Ryan Adams recently reviewed the Svartpilen 801 and found it a “worthy contender in the market that brings its own unique style alongside proven performance.” That theme continues with the new Vitpilen, which brings its own take, with more aggressive ergonomics and a bright splash of color in yellow (a silver color is also available if you prefer something less flashy).

Olivier de Vaulx, a long-time collaborator with our friends over at Upshift Magazine as well as many other international publications, has launched a project of his own on Kickstarter this week: A 200-page photo book that compiles 10 years of riding in the most remote places of the West. Cutting no corners, as Olivier says, this book will be a 9 x 12 inch hardcover, printed on archival-quality paper.
