2012 BMW F800R, This is a nicely done F800R in Magma Red and White Aluminum with only 2,006 one-owner miles. The factory build consists of:-Heated Grips-ABS-On Board Computer-Accessory SocketThe previous owner added a few nice accessories billet aluminum adjustable levers, Napoleon mirrors, colored-matched BMW sport screen and a Mivv carbon muffler. The stock muffler is included with the bike. We are the original retailer, purchased here new and we completed the 600 mile service in June of 2012. This is a very clean bike with no signs of a drop or crash. The paint and all components look as good as new. If you are looking for a near perfect F800R with nice extras this one can't be passed up. Mon, 27 Feb 2012Max Biaggi won the opening race to the 2012 World Superbike Championship while defending champion Carlos Checa came back from a high-speed crash in the first race to win the second at Australia’s Phillip Island circuit. Reigning champion Checa of Althea Ducati had a stunning high-side crash while leading on the sixth lap of Race One. The WSBK paddock was already in shock with the death of 17-year-old Oscar McIntyre in the Superstock 600 race the day before but thankfully Checa was not seriously injured.
BMW Reports Q3 2011 Results
Thu, 03 Nov 2011The BMW Group reported a 14.8% increase in motorcycle revenue and a 6.5% increase in unit sales during the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2011. The German manufacturer sold 28,862 units over the quarter, including 26,312 BMW-branded motorcycles and 2,550 units from its Husqvarna subsidiary.
