2011 BMW S 1000 Rr , Shift Assist, ABS, Traction Control, Wheelie Control, Rain, Sport, Race & Slick modes. Has 33,746 miles (will continue to go up). Located in Hendersonville TN. Still under BMW factory warranty until December 2013 or 36,000 miles. I purchased the bike in March 2013 and put on 4k miles. The bike is true to all the reviews. Trying to sell and get the new 2014 HP4. I purchased this theft bike from Farm Bureau with a salvage title. Rebuilt the bike, had it inspected by the State of Tennessee, and passed inspection. The title is now a Tennessee rebuilt title, and the bike is registered and street legal. I have many pics and video, just send a request to view. Wed, 26 Jun 2024Back in the Black Photos by Fabio Polimeni In November 2022 Italian trophy brand MV Agusta, wholly owned since 2019 by Russian entrepreneur Timur Sardarov and his family, and Pierer Mobility AG – KTM’s parent company – reached an agreement on ‘future strategic cooperation’, as a result of which the Austrian firm headed by Stefan Pierer would acquire a 25.10% stake in MV Agusta via its KTM AG subsidiary. At the first meeting of the newly constituted MV Agusta board on November 15, a capital increase of €30 million was agreed, denoting the sum KTM had paid to acquire its new minority shareholding in the company. As part of this strategic alliance KTM took charge of purchasing all components needed to manufacture MV Agusta’s entire range of models, as well as responsibility for marketing, distribution and after-sales service for MV Agusta on a global basis outside Italy.
