BMW Other description
2009 BMW K1300GT, *New arrival* This is a well-serviced and very clean Royal Blue Metallic K1300GT with only 20,872 miles. The factory build consists of:- Xenon headlight- heated grips- on-board computer- heated seat- cruise control- tall windshieldWe completed the 18,000 mile service in July 2013 when the bike had 17,692 miles and prior to that we serviced the bike at the 6,000 and 12,000 mile service intervals. Included with the bike is the 49-liter topcase that has been painted Royal Blue Metallic and it also has a luggage grid for extra carrying capacity. Prior to the previous owner enjoying this bike for approximately 15,000 miles it was a manufacturer buy back bike under the lemon law. BMW North America resolved the problem at their facility which involved the engine management software of the bike. We obtained it from BMW and sold it to the customer who traded it in with no issues during ownership. This is a well sorted and solid GT. We will be completing a safety inspection soon. Long Way Round camerman tests ebike in London rush hour
Fri, 26 Mar 2010WE'RE MORE USED to seeing him busting a gut on a fully-kitted BMW R1150GS, so testing a silent, non-emission electric motorcycle must have been a weird experience for 'Long Way Round' cameraman Claudio Von Planta.
