Accelerated Auto is a licensed and bonded company made up by Danny and his son-in-law Jason. Danny is a third generation German Master Mechanic (MercedesBenz, BMW, Audi, Porsche) and has been in business for over 25+ years in the same location. Danny’s father ran the business before him and Danny took over from him about 10+ years ago. Danny has been riding and servicing BMW motorcycles for over 10 years as well. Jason started as a salesman with a large MercedesBenz dealership and was then recruited to become the Internet Sales Manager at one of the largest Jaguar dealerships in the country. Jason was then asked to become the Internet Sales Manager at the largest Porsche/Audi Dealership in the world. Jason just recently left the Porsche/Audi dealership to concentrate full time on Accelerated Auto. Jason has 10+ year’s experience of selling vehicles on eBay. Accelerated Auto is currently a member in good standing with the Florida Independant Auto Dealers Association (FIADA).

Keep in mind when bidding that we are located in Southern Florida about 3 hours away from Daytona Beach. It’s perfect weather for a nice ride up there or for a nice little vacation and beautiful ride home.

We reserve the right to end this auction early. The vehicle is advertised not just on ebay. People do live local to us and come to see the vehicle and make offers. People call us on the phone and make us offers. Please understand that while this is a no reserve auction and the high bidder at the end will be the winner, most auctions do not make it to the end as we usually get made an acceptable offer prior to that happening… so please call us if you don’t want to take that chance. IMPORTANT - TERMS OF SALE !!!

Buyer pays shipping. We can help with some phone numbers for shippers, but will not hire them for you. Buyer must provide at least a $500 deposit via Paypal, bank wire transfer, or bank cashiers check within 24 hours of auction end and balance must be paid by bank wire transfer or bank cashiers check within 5 days thereafter. If Paypal is used for deposit... it will only be considered a holding deposit but not as actual funds. The entire balance must be paid by bank wire or bank cashiers check and the paypal deposit will be refunded. Paypal is just a convenience feature and not considered an actual source of real money to us. If you do not agree with this... do not use them or do not bid. Vehicle will be released to shipper or to you ONLY after funds have cleared or have been verified. A $260 FL Dealer fee applies to this vehicle regardless of if you live in FL or not and it will be sold through our business. We bought the vehicle under our company so it must be sold under our company, no exceptions. Deposit is non-refundable. Dealers still need to pay dealer fee.

IMPORTANT - FLORIDA LAW REGARDING SALES TAX

If you live in FL, you will pay us 6% sales tax and any county surtax and DMV Tag & Title Fees. If you live outside of Florida, sales tax IS collected at YOUR state's sales tax rate up to a maximum of 6%. You will be given a special notarized form (FL DR-123) that states that you have paid this sales tax and you will NOT be double taxed on the amount of tax you paid when you get home. This is FL LAW and the sales tax is collected even if you hire a transport company to get the vehicle for you. If you live outside of the USA, you are tax exempt ONLY if you have the vehicle trucked away from us by a licensed export company and a Bill of Lading and Export Receipt must be provided to us. Dealers need to provide a valid dealer license, resale certificate, and intent to resell affidavit to be tax exempt. This is Florida law and we will follow the law. No Exceptions !!
