BMW Other description

2006 BMW K S, 2006 BMW K1200S 2nd owner. I never had it on the track or layed it down. But someone did tell me they knocked it over in a parking lot. A paint chip on the front fork is the only damage I found, and I've driven over 1000 miles since. One mechanical issue: near the red line in second gear, it can sometimes feel like it skips for a split second. Took it into the dealer, and they said they were having difficulty reproducing the issue. I don't ride it enough to make it worth researching. But that issue is why I'm pricing it lower. Other than that, it runs beautifully. Garage kept. Saddlebags and luggage rack included. Looks fantastic. Feels special to ride. Well mannered when ridden as a tourer, but ask and it will turn the scenery into a blur. $6,300.00 4847691156

Mon, 14 Jun 2010

Get bidding for what could be a revolutionary motorcycle, as the advert states all you need is, "a fair wedge of ingenuity" to marry together a BMW K75 and the 1.4 diesel engine from a Citroen AX. Thankfully the seller will be able to help with the project: "I have most of the design lodged firmly in my head, and will be more than happy to provide information." With a starting price of £100 and no bids the diesel project bike only has one day left on eBay
