1998 BMW R Series R, Custom painted 1998 BMW R1100R in Laguna Seca blue with top case and color matched luggage. The bike has been completely gone through and runs perfectly. Recently cleaned the injectors and installed a new fuel filter and pump, in addition to a full service. Normally BMWs are set up for shorter people, this one is perfect if you are taller like me (6'+). And before you say it, no it's not "Start and finish a journey on two wheels without falling off." I rode up Goodwood's hill. And I did it on BMW's mighty S1000RR. Ok, so it wasn't infront of thousands of on-lookers and it wasn't at any great speed.

BMW have taken a rapid step in the right direction, what with their K1300S, S1000RR and F800R. Recently rumours have been flying around that BMW are to produce a scooter, possibly a hybrid. And while we know it's well within their means, we'd rather they concentrated on the sharpening the cutting edge of road bikes.
