Like buying a new 1994 BMW, superb condition as shown in the photos....when we got the bike we flushed the tank, cleaned the petcocks and rebuilt the carbs with new o rings and floats...we then synced the carbs....also added a new battery and flushed the front brake system...the bike starts and runs good, it does everything it is supposed to do......you would have no problem riding this bike home......

BMW Makes ABS Standard Across Entire Lineup

BMW announced it will make anti-lock brakes standard equipment across its entire lineup starting with the 2013 model year. The German manufacturer became the first to introduce ABS into serial production motorcycles in 1988 and now 25 years later, BMW will be the first to offer ABS across all of its models. BMW has already announced two 2013 models that will come with ABS, the updated F800GS and the F700GS.

FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
