I have a 1987 BMW k75s for sale, I recently purchased this as a project last fall to fix up and have as a touring bike for myself, however my priorities have changed. I purchased the bike in September of 2015 at 36k miles and it had sat for a few years. Services I did at 36k miles to make it road worthy again include, Also including OEM BMW hardbags New rear tire New Rear brake pads All new fuel lines New Breather hose New engine oil/oil filter New final Drive gear oil New Transmission Gear oil New ignition switch (they commonly fail on these bikes) New Driveshaft Clutch spline Lube New radiator fan motor Both ends of Drive shaft and final drive splines lubed The bike currently has 37,800 miles rode it to barber vintage and back without any issue. The ability to combine the technical skills I learned in the ATX Moto Adventures and Sedlak Off Road classes, along with some good old-fashioned seat time, really paid off. In addition, there were two changes I made to the bike that firmly cemented my trust in piloting it through the sketchy sandy trails – a custom lowered seat from Seat Concepts, and some aggressive knobby tires.
