A whiskey-fueled writing assignment takes one man on an epic motorcycle road trip through the bars and taverns across the American West in this feature film.  The film follows a character called Sanders who rides a 1960 BMW R60/2 across Arizona, Utah and Montana. With help of fellow traveler and sage, Northway, and a variety of other colorful characters along the way, Sanders gets learns the way of the road and the zen of the bar.  The Best Bar in America is scheduled for release on DVD and iTunes this Spring. WSBK 2013: Aragon Race Report

BMW Motorrad Goldbet racer Chaz Davies scored his first career World Superbike double victory, taking both races at Spain’s Aragon circuit. The wins were the second and third of Davies’ WSBK career (the first came last year at Nurburgring for the ParkinGo Aprilia team) and the second ever double in the series for BMW. The Welsh rider and former AMA Pro Racing competitor has had some success at Aragon, getting his first career WSBK podium at the Spanish track in 2012.

Naked BMW S1000RR Spotted Testing in Italy – Video

Italian site Motociclismo.it has published a video of what appears to be a naked version of the BMW S1000RR being tested on public roads in Rovereto, Italy. The test model was dressed in camouflage and appears to be close to being ready for production, especially compared to the earlier prototype spotted testing last summer. We expect BMW will officially unveil this S1000RR-based streetfighter at either the Intermot show in Cologne, Germany, or the EICMA show in Milan, Italy, later this fall.
