BMW K-Series description

Second generation K1200GT. Flawless. Equipped as follows:

Cee Bailey's extended windscreen and headlight cover;
TechSpec grip pads on tank;
Sargent Cycle heated seat (front and rear), stock seat included;
Kathy's Journey Designs Bag Liners(custom fit to hard luggage - removable);
ContiMotion tires (less than 200 miles on the set);
All updates and service accomplished by BMW dealer (receipts included);
Equipped with removable BMW tail trunk (see pics);

Bike is stored indoors, on a battery charger. Only issue is the rear tire pressure sensor is intermittent (replaced twice by dealer, he's still scratching his head). Ever had an officer ask you “where’s the fire?” after being pulled over for speeding?  Well now you have a good excuse. This converted BMW R1200RT has two 20 or 25 liter tanks (contain a premix of water and foam) mounted on either side that is connected to a 6.8 liter compressed air tank on the back of the bike that has a 20 to 30 meter hose. They are currently being used in the U.K.

BMW Reports 2012 Sales Results

BMW released its year-end 2012 financial report, reporting revenues of 1.49 billion euros (US$1.93 billion) from its motorcycle business in 2012, up from 1.44 billion euros in 2011. The increased revenues came in a record year for BMW with the company selling an all-time record of 106,358 motorcycles in 2012. Despite the increase in sales revenue, BMW reported a much smaller profit from its motorcycle business, earning 9 million euros (US$11.6 million) in 2012, compared to 45 million euros in 2011.

Laser unleashes more power from S1000 RR

LAZER has unveiled a new full exhaust system for the BMW S1000RR, which unleashes even more power from the near 200bhp superbike. The system's made from high strength aircraft grade titanium, while the silencer is the new carbon HotCam II. Laser claims the race system will return a power increase of 13.1 bhp.
