Simply remove your stock trunk along with the passenger seat and our trunk bolts on with just four bolts. There's no wiring required either! Door is fully weather stripped and latches with an adjustable lock to assure a good seal against the elements. BMW Makes ABS Standard Across Entire Lineup
Tue, 03 Jul 2012BMW announced it will make anti-lock brakes standard equipment across its entire lineup starting with the 2013 model year. The German manufacturer became the first to introduce ABS into serial production motorcycles in 1988 and now 25 years later, BMW will be the first to offer ABS across all of its models. BMW has already announced two 2013 models that will come with ABS, the updated F800GS and the F700GS.
NHTSA Launches Recall Look-up by VIN Tool

The new search tool, available at http://www.safercar.gov/vinlookup, allows people to look for recall campaigns by entering Vehicle Identification Numbers.
2013 BMW R1200GS Recalled in Canada for Potential Transmission Oil Leak
Wed, 06 Feb 2013Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2013 BMW R1200GS due to a potential risk of leaking transmission oil. As yet, no recall has been announced for the U.S. market by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, but we expect one shortly.
