BMW K-Series description

Very clean 2002 BMW K1200LT with only 9600 original miles.  As you can see from the pictures, the bike is in very nice condition and runs excellent.  Has Metzler tires with 60-70% tread on them.  Loaded with all the bells and whistles!  Some small scratches on back area above wheel (see pics).  Clear Oregon Title and good tags.  Please feel free to email or call with any other questions at 503-805-2684.

New naked BMW spotted on track days

The future generation of the "1-liter" naked BMW S1000R was spotted during the development tests on the territory of the German racing "ring" Oschersleben. Apparently, the Bavarian streetfighter will receive a number of technical solutions that his older brother, the BMW S1000RR, was endowed with a couple of years ago. Just as the current generation of the SR was created on the base of the previous SR-era, the 2017 modification will actually become a stripped version of today's sportbike.

2015 BMW K1600GT and K1600GTL Get Traction Control as Standard Equipment

BMW is updating its big six-cylinder touring bikes with traction control as standard equipment and a number of new optional add-ons including keyless remote ignition. Previously available as part of BMW’s factory-installed Safety Package option, the Dynamic Traction Control system will now be standard on all 2015 K1600GT and K1600GTL models. The system continuously monitors rear wheel traction during acceleration, stepping in when it senses excessive wheel spin.
