BMW K-Series tech info
BMW K-Series description
This is a beautiful Yellow and Silver BMW K1200RS in very good condition. I just serviced it, including plugs and wires, engine oil and filter, transmission oil, final drive oil, fuel filter, brake fluid flush. It has new, just installed Metzeler tires front and rear, a new custom seat, and very sporty but not too loud Remus exhaust. The rear brake rotor and pads were also just replaced. It just passed the Virginia safety inspection - would have no problem passing Maryland. This bike runs and rides beautifully - give me a call and come by and take a look.

EICMA 2012: BMW Announces New Boxer to Mark 90th Anniversary
Tue, 13 Nov 2012Over the summer, we came across spy photos of a new naked version of the BMW S1000RR and a new air-cooled boxer roadster and hoped at least one of the two would be unveiled at either Intermot or the EICMA. Intermot came and went without a word and now EICMA is upon us we have … well, several words but no new model. Yet.
EICMA 2012: Bimota BB2 Concept Revealed with BMW S1000RR Engine
Fri, 16 Nov 2012Bimota revealed a new concept sportbike at the 2012 EICMA Show equipped with a BMW S1000RR engine. The Bimota BB2 concept is the first product of a new partnership signed with BMW that would see the German manufacturer supply S1000RR engines for Bimota. The S1000RR engine has class-leading numbers, with the 172.4 hp we measured in our 2012 European Literbike Shootout a 10.4 hp advantage over any literbike we dyno’ed for that shootout or the Japanese Literbike Shootout.
