Please remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you agree to purchase the motorcycle described herein. I encourage every potential bidder/purchaser to inspect the motorcycle in-person and to ask any questions before placing a bid.

Deposit

A two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) nonrefundable deposit is due within twenty four (24) hours of the auction close by credit/debit card or bank account through Paypal. 

Remainder Due

I am happy to store the motorcycle, free of charge, for up to thirty (30) days; however, the remaining balance must be paid within three (3) days following the close of the auction via bank transfer, cashier’s check, or cash.  Neither the car nor the title will be released until all funds have cleared my bank.

This motorcycle is being sold AS-IS, with no warranty stated, expressed, written, or implied.  The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith.  No allowance or set-aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, inaccuracy, imperfection, defect, or damage.  Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based solely upon that judgment. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any statements made about the vehicle.
