All services stamped in maintenance book from authorized dealers. Approx 1000 miles on tires. Metzler Lazertecs. Approx 39950 miles odom. ABS and Heated Grips. Clean side cases. One lock tumbler is missing on one of the latches of the left side case, but the latch functions properly. New Progressive mono-shock and progressive front springs. No known mechanical flaws. Extremely well maintained and cared for. It would be hard to find a matching bike of this quality of this same vintage. Both folding keys included. Complete factory tool kit. Odwarka Replaces Blesse as VP of BMW Motorrad USA
Fri, 30 May 2014Former Husqvarna President Kris Odwarka has been appointed the new vice president of BMW Motorrad USA, taking over from Hans Blesse who is leaving the position to head the BMW Group’s Canadian subsidiary. Odwarka (pictured on the left, above) will be in charge of BMW motorcycle sales and marketing in the U.S. starting on June 1.
Isle of Man TT 2014: PokerStars Senior TT Results
Fri, 06 Jun 2014Michael Dunlop won his fourth race of the 2014 Isle of Man TT and 11th in his career, capping off this year’s event by taking the PokerStars Senior TT. It is the second-consecutive year that Dunlop has won four races in a single TT, this time capturing the Senior, Superbike, Superstock, and the second Supersport TT races. It took a while for Dunlop to get going.
Bonneville Salt Flats Record-Setting BMW S1000RR To Be Auctioned For Charity
Mon, 21 Jul 2014Jack Broomall holds eight different motorcycle land speed records, set at the world-famous Bonneville Salt Flats on a variety of bikes. The records are cherished, as are the machines. But Broomall won’t think twice about auctioning his BMW S1000RR later this month, as a donation to the Austin Hatcher Foundation (AHF) for Pediatric Cancer.
