BMW K-Series description

I bought this bike in Jan 2000 from an insurance company for my wife when I had a small motorcycle shop. It had 22k miles and had cosmetic body damage. I did the body work and paint. It now has custom canary yellow paint. She didn't ride it much because of ours kids. We used to do a lot of touring before kids, but she is finally ready to sell it. I put in new plugs and air filter last year and have been riding it a little this year-about 500 miles. It runs great.  Koni shock. Tool kit. Saddlebags (minor scratches on one, see pics/ cool black reflective tape on backs), top box (missing the bracket-we didn't use it-I may be able to find it), tank bag (no base-we used a different one). Could use a new front Metzeler, serviceable but I will mount and balance for free one that you buy, if you want. Rear Metzeler is very good.  I put in a Walmart watercraft battery-forget the amp-hours-but works great and I have been using them in my other BMWs. Heated grips (right one erratic), electric windshield. There is a blemish on the windshield-it never bothered us.  The keys don't all match, I forget why. We use 3 different keys: one for ignition, one for gas cap and one for saddlebags. It is easy for a locksmith to key them all to the ignition key. We didn't care or bother. The paint has peeled a little around the gas cap. I considered putting a black ring of paint around the cap, but haven't.  ABS. Twice this summer the rear brake started to drag. I adjusted the pedal the first time for a little more free play and the second time I bled off a little brake fluid and it was fine-just for full disclosure. It could use some cleaning and detailing. This is an awesome touring bike that I will miss (I've ridden it more than my wife), but needs a new home. These bikes are tough as nails and run forever. The K75 is electric-motor smooth and this is one of the best touring bikes I have ever owned. Very low miles and reserve is less than retail book value. Happy to help with shipping/pick up/fly-ride logistics--heck, for appropriate fee, I'll even consider one last ride on it and bring it to you!
