I can meet at TORONTO BMW, or BUFFALO or maybe DETROIT could be an option. In Canada this bike is still popular selling new each year. It has been stored & serviced there for a year includes a new battery and bike is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Never been dropped & no scratches! Only serviced at BMW & I have all the receipts. I am the original owner, has TEXAS PLATES & purchased new at BMW Gulf Coast in Houston 2013. I am selling because I am moving to Asia. I have sold a Ninja 500R on here that I have own and let me tell you once you drive a BMW you know you are driving one. I really love this bike but costs too much to ship and to import it to ASIA. BMW Recalls Several Models in Canada for Potential Fuel Leaks
Thu, 19 Dec 2013Transport Canada has announced a recall on 18 BMW models across several model years spanning from 2005 to 2012 because of a risk of fuel leaks (the full list of models and model years is below). As of this posting, no recall has been announced for the U.S. but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) currently has an investigation open for a similar issue, potentially affecting 45,588 BMW motorcycles.
WSBK 2013: Portimao Race Report
Mon, 10 Jun 2013Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).
2013 BMW R1200GS Recalled in Canada for Potential Transmission Oil Leak
Wed, 06 Feb 2013Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2013 BMW R1200GS due to a potential risk of leaking transmission oil. As yet, no recall has been announced for the U.S. market by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, but we expect one shortly.
