BMW F-Series description

Up for Auction is a Very Clean 2012 F 800 GS with Exhaust!

This is a 2012 BMW F 800 GS with 1586 miles. This smaller version of the R1200GS, BMW's big-bore adventure bike, has been a real home run for the Bavarian bike maker. Using the parallel-Twin-powered F800 streetbike as a starting point, BMW created a GS for the masses - one that isn't so, well, massive. An new frame combined with suspension that offers nearly 9 inches of travel at both ends promises the go-anywhere, do-anything capability that GS owners expect. ABS and white turnsignals are now standard.

New Tour-Pak Designs Hint at the Future of Harley-Davidson Limiteds

Mon, 18 Nov 2024

Long-haul touring models have yet to receive Road Glide and Street Glide updates Harley-Davidson recently updated its Street Glide and Road Glide models, introducing a number of changes including new fairing designs with integrated lighting. While not every one is a fan of the new batwing or shark nosed fairings, it does seem odd that the new fairings hadn’t yet made their way to the Road Glide Limited and Ultra Limited models. Read More: 5 Things You Need To Know About The Harley-Davidson Street Glide The future of both models remains in doubt, with rumors that they will be discontinued and replaced with upgrade packages for the Road Glide and Street Glide.

The future. But we can't have it

Thu, 10 Nov 2011

It's no secret that we motorcyclists are getting older. We're ageing because less people are passing their bike test each year (roughly 30,000 last year compared to 50,000 for the 10 years before the new two-part test) and so not only is the pool not growing it's not even being replenished and so the average age isn't being diluted down by yoof. When the going gets tough in any situation, you really get to see who's got their shit-sorted and who's light enough on their feet to adapt to change.

Triumph Teases 2025 Speed Twin RS

Tue, 03 Sep 2024

A sportier Modern Classic is on the way Triumph has released teasers for a new addition to its Modern Classics lineup, which we believe to be a 2025 Speed Twin RS. No announcement date was provided, but we suspect the full reveal will be coming in the next month or so. The teasers, sent out on Triumph’s social media channels and an email update sign-up page on its official website, show a familiar-looking fuel tank shape with the letters “RS” clearly displayed.
