Aprilia Shiver description

Selling my 2008 Aprilia Shiver 750 Street Naked bike. Silver grey w. gold frame.

Very good condition, adult owned, newer dropped, raced or abused. 

Always well serviced, always stored in garage on battery tender. The full synthetic oil has been changed 300 miles ago.

OEM Aprilia windshield

Front mudguard and rear hugger.

Michelin Pilot road 2 tires.

Dashboard lens has been replaced due to crack occurred for no apparent reason.

Runs great!

Clear title and two keys in hand. Tags are due in May 2014.

I was pretty excited about going to the TT in June and it didn’t disappoint – three days of ram-packed entertainment,  on all fronts. But the Ulster Gp is a different buzz. For starters I’m taking racing mad offspring no 2 for a lads and dads weekend away.

EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship

Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.

WSBK 2013: Jerez Race Report

Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.
