The best scooter to go around the town, fast, excellent brakes, suspension, wheels, reliable since acquired in Feb 2008, no problems ever, just installed new brake pads. Everything works as it should.
Extras installed, ZX Sport exhaust, ignition dealer kit for faster performance. Has a few scratchs on both sides, one was on a parking lot, a lady while leaving lot on reverse!!, didn't see the aprilia parked, hit it slightly and made it felt to the left side (pls see pictures for detail) Still have invoice of sale, books, manual, two keys. Maverick Viñales of the SuperMartxe VIP by Paris Hilton team had the second fastest laptime from the three-day test at Spain’s Valencia circuit, just 0.1 seconds behind the leader Nico Terol of Bancaja Aspar.

Wed, 28 Oct 2009Aprilia cut short its launch event for the new RSV4R at Italy’s Mugello circuit as not one, not two, not three, not even four but FIVE pre-production models suffered engine failure. Motorcycle.com contributor Tor Sagen was at Mugello in Tuscany and was scheduled to do a few laps on the world-class circuit on the RSV4R, a lower-spec version of the Aprilia RSV4 Factory. Tor reports the engine problems were being attributed to the conrods from the first batch of 50 pre-production engines.

Wed, 06 Nov 2019The second generation of the Aprilia RSV4 sportbike will be released around 2021, but for now the company continues to upgrade this impressive motorcycle. As part of last year's modernization, the RSV4 Factory modification debuted with an engine that increased the capacity to 1078cc that can develop 217hp at 13,200 rpm and 122Nm and 11,000 rpm. Now, according to the current information, the monster will receive a semi-active Öhlins suspension and a new color scheme.
