I bought this RSVR new to replace my 2004 Aprilia. It is in great condition and is ridden as much as I possibly can, which hasn't been too much. Under 9800 miles at this time. The voltage regulator and stator have been replaced, and I have not had any other issues with her in the past 6 years. ****NEVER DROPPED and NEVER RACED**** 998cc V-twin that produces around 136hp and a lot of torque, custom smoked signal lenses, black levers, custom covered front and rear seats, Puig smoked double-bubble windscreen... Tue, 29 May 2012Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points. Ioda Racing Unveils Aprilia RSV4-Powered MotoGP CRT Race Bike
Mon, 12 Mar 2012Italy-based Ioda Racing presented its 2012 MotoGP and Moto2 race bikes including the Aprilia RSV4-engined TR003 prototype. The Ioda Racing TR003 machine (pictured above, to the left) uses a trellis-frame produced in-house while the engine is based on the RSV4′s 999cc V4 powerplant. The team will compete as CAME IodaRacingas a Claiming Rule Team entry.
