Aprilia RSV 1000 R Factory description

2007 Aprilia RSV 1000 R Factory, Leo Vince pipes, power commander. All service up to date. - RSV 1000 R FACTORY: NUMBER ONE ON THE RACETRACK The Aprilia RSV 1000 R Factory was the fastest bike around ten out of twelve curves and the fastest in top speed at the end of six out of twelve straights. The Aprilia RSV 1000 R Factory did not just win, it dominated the final of the 2006 Master Bike, thanks to amazingly safe braking, rapid yet smooth and precise control when leaning into curves, excellent rear wheel feel under acceleration and, last but not least, a final drive gear ratio specially calculated for effective racing. This year’s Master Bike has scientifically and conclusively demonstrated that the Aprilia RSV 1000 R Factory is the most efficient winning machine on the racetrack. It is also the first non-Japanese bike to dominate the final points table, and the most impressive V-twin in the competition. The RSV 1000 R Factory is the best twin cylinder supersport that money can buy. Its updated V60 Magnesium engine and new chassis combine with special, ultra-light materials and the best components in the world to ensure absolute excellence on the track. 2021 Aprilia RS 125 and Tuono 125 First Look

Tue, 04 May 2021

Beginner bikes for Europe's A1 license tier, not likely to come to US Aprilia has updated its RS 125 and Tuono 125 for 2021, making them Euro 5-complaint and tweaking the styling of the entry-level street bikes to resemble their respective 660 models. The two 125 models are designed to serve beginners with Europe’s A1 license, which unfortunately also means they are unlikely to be imported to the U.S. To meet Euro 5, the 124.2cc liquid-cooled four-valve DOHC Single has been revamped with a new cylinder head that uses new intake and exhaust ducts, a new iridium spark plug and a reshaped combustion chamber.

It's just an Aprilia RS3 Cube

Mon, 21 May 2012

I never get tired of looking at Aprilia's RS3 Cube. I don't care about the fact it was a shit-or-bust gamble by Aprilia, that tarnished their almost immaculate GP reputation - infact that makes it even cooler. No-one expected Aprilia to enter a bike into the four-stroke category, their heritage in GP dictated that their interests lay in two-strokes, but what was more left-field than Aprilia's entry?

Piaggio Reports Q1 2013 Results

Mon, 06 May 2013

The Piaggio Group reported an 11.6% drop in net sales for the first quarter of 2013, the result of a struggling economy and unseasonably cold weather in Europe and a flatlining two-wheeler market in Vietnam. There was however some good news in North America, Vespa sales in India and a 27.8% increase in Moto Guzzi sales. According to the company’s first quarter report, Piaggio reported net sales of 303.4 million euros (US$396.8 million), down from net sales of 343.1 million euros reported the same quarter of 2012.
