This local trade just in... being near Nashville we get some celebrities in from time to time. This adventure bike was trade from Country Music singer Wade Hayes. The bike is a 2012 Suzuki DL 1000 V-Strom. I put about 100 miles on the bike and it performs flawlessly, lots of power comfort and storage. The black finish on the bike is in excellant condition. The saddle bags have been off and on laying around the garage and have been scuffed up from hanging really wide on the bike. The 1000cc water cooled engine runs really well with lots of power, the 6 speed transmission shifts very smooth with no issues. With such low miles the tires are also in excellant condition. Mon, 28 Feb 2011As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment. I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.

James Stewart Suspended After Positive Drug Test
Fri, 20 Jun 2014AMA Supercross and Motocross racer James Stewart has been provisionally suspended by the International Motorcycling Federation after a drug sample tested positive for amphetamines. The positive test was from the April 12 AMA Supercross round in Seattle. The three podium finishes in the 450 class in Seattle were tested.
