Kawasaki Other description

2011 KAWASAKI VERSYS in stunning 2017 Porsche Miami Blau with gorgeous accents.  Barely broken in at 1,775 miles, this pampered never been down gem is a real head turner.  Left showroom floor January, 2014 in Imperial Red.  First owner only logged 1,500+ miles.  I'd hoped an ADV bike would be the ticket from out here on the ranch, but I can't find the time to ride it enough as much as I love it.  It has a fresh oil/filter change, is immaculate, and ready to ride for tens of thousands.  I have a lot of love and money invested in this thoroughbred, but it needs a rider instead of being a "garage queen".  Take a look at the dynamic transformation of the side panels from silver to satin metallic black with stunning pearl orange graphics, as well as the other tasty eye candy custom touches making this Versys so special.  I get compliments and raves everywhere I've ridden.

Here's the list of upgrades beyond the custom paint:

New Zero Gravity smoke windshield with skull/chain ring reflectors.  Vast improvement in wind      protection over the stock.  Stock is available in separate listing.
New Fenda Extenda, keeping rocks from the radiator.
New GIVI T4301 saddle bag racks, ready for your luggage of choice.
New M-Pro footpegs, with 360 adjustable settings for the best fit and nice foot feel.
New Black Chrome license frame.
New orange reflective rim taps with custom color valve stems.
Carbon fiber rear slider spools with color matched barrels.

The first owner put a small scratch on the rear of the tank, and a tiny dent in the upper front that we couldn't capture in the photo session.  I rode it off the road embankment intentionally once, and the soft shoulder put minor scratches on the lower left fairing/housing.  All minor and cosmetic you don't notice unless you search them out.  It's got a fresh oil/filter change, and comes with a new filter for later.  The manual and tool kit are included, as is a second cut key and a blank.  I'll be happy to assist the transporter of your choice.  Local pickups after payment clears.  Thanks for looking.  Please feel free to ask questions if you have any.   If you're the winning bidder with enough time to ride I'm jealous!

2014 Kawasaki J300 Scooter Spotted Filming in Milan

Thu, 03 Oct 2013

Of the “Big Four” Japanese motorcycle manufacturers, Kawasaki stands out from Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha in at least one notable way: it doesn’t produce scooters. Well, at least not for developed western markets. In the Philippines, Kawasaki offers a 112cc step-through scooter called the Curve, pictured above, while other Asian markets get underbone-style models like the Indonesian Kawasaki Edge R.

2014 Kawasaki KLR650 New Edition Revealed

Fri, 13 Dec 2013

Kawasaki revealed an updated version of its popular KLR650 dual-sport at the New York International Motorcycle Show. The new KLR650 isn’t exactly a full model-year replacement as Kawasaki had already announced the 2014 model; instead Kawasaki is calling it the KLR650 New Edition, offering it for a retail price of $6,599, a $100 premium over the “old edition” KLR650. The extra Benjamin Franklin gets you new springs for both front and rear suspension, multi-contour dimpled seat and revised graphics.

2012 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R First Ride

Thu, 01 Dec 2011

Loyal fans of Suzuki’s iconic Hayabusa have something to be seriously worried about. Kawasaki has overhauled its fast and smooth ZX-14, adding a bigger and more powerful engine that promises to outgun the venerable ’Busa. I just spent a day hammering the new ZX-14R In Las Vegas, beginning with a blast through the desert and ending with several runs down the quarter-mile dragstrip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
