Kawasaki Other description

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD. Clean title in hand. Fuel injected 6 cylinder. Everything always worked and it runs great BUT I went out to start it and the ignition switch is messed up. When the dash lights up it starts right up and runs great. When the dash does not light up it does nothing. Almost all of the time now it does nothing. I hate to part it out because its a nice bike so I'm listing it as a whole bike first. I can jump the solenoid so you can see it cranks fine. I am selling it as a non running project. If you know bikes this should be an easy fix. Fuel pump, computers, stators etc all work. IF IT DOES NOT SELL I'M PARTING IT OUT. Its in nice shape but not perfect. LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND ASK ANY QUESTIONS. Bike must be paid for in 7 days. You must contact me within 24 hrs of buying. Storage is no problem until you pick it up BUT the bike must be paid for first. I can help load it but shipping is buyers responsibility. NON PAYERS ARE REPORTED IF NO CONTACT WITHIN 48 HOURS. Sorry but the non payers on here are getting ridiculous. If your serious send your # and I'll give you a call. NO PAYPAL. Thanks

Snowjob

Sun, 05 Feb 2012

Is the current weather causing your commute a bit of problem? Sounds like a job for the Snowjob. Pictured here using a Kawasaki, the Snowjob conversion system turns your motorcycle into a jumping, wheelieing snowcycle in less than four hours. Derek Hine designed the Snowjob back in '73, but it looks like it could be just as handy today.

Community Tip: How to Shave your Motorcycle Seat

Thu, 30 Jul 2009

Motorcycle communities are a huge resource for any kind of project or help you might need.  It’s incredible the amount of stuff people post and the effort they put into it! arturo3rd on Kawiforums.com posted some great tips and photos on how to shave down your motorcycle seat for a more comfortable ride. Things you’ll need: flat screwdriver pliers sharp knife(steak) rough grit sand paper staple gun I’m unsure if all motorcycle seats are made of the same material so be wary before you start if your motorcycle isn’t a Kawasaki.

2013 AMA Supercross Indianapolis Race Report

Mon, 18 Mar 2013

Ryan Villopoto continues to be in championship form, taking his third consecutive victory and sixth of the season with a win at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Indianapolis round of the 2013 AMA Supercross Championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider had a calculated, methodical race to take the win and expand his championship lead to nine points ahead of Davi Millsaps. Millsaps took the holeshot in a chaotic start to the main event that saw several riders go down at the opening corner.
