Pirelli To Remain Tire Supplier For All World Superbike Classes Through 2018

Pirelli’s relationship with the World Superbike Championship started in 2004 and will carry on through 2018, as the Italian company will continue to supply tires for every class of the championship. What follows is the official Pirelli press release. Pirelli has been confirmed as the Official Tire Supplier for all classes of the eni FIM Superbike World Championship having won the tender organized by Dorna, promoter and organizer of the World Championship, in agreement with the FIM, the International Motorcycling Federation.

K-Tech release 25SSK for Big Piston Forks

K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel. Tricked Out ZX-14 to Debut at IMS New York

Among the many bikes set to be unveiled at the New York Cycle World International Motorcycle Show next Friday, is a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 tricked out by Steve Kehler at Tricked Out Custom Cycles (TOCC). This ZX-14 sportbike was created as a rolling testament to the success Rickey Gadson earned during his 25 years of motorcycle drag racing. Gadson, an eight-time world champion, will join Kehler for the official unveiling of the bike during the New York IMS show.
