I purchased this bike about a year ago off a friend of mine as a secondary bike. I planned to put some work into it to update the styling and electronics, and perhaps turn it into a Cafe Racer, but have since decided to put my money elsewhere. My wife has been asking me to sell it for months, so here it is.
1982 Kawasaki KZ750E Inline Four 20,929 Original Miles Brand new chain New spark plugs Vance & Hines 4 into 1 exhaust I will be selling it with 3 new parts which have not yet been installed - 1) A new clutch cable, 2) New speedometer cable, and 3) New ACDelco wet-cell battery. The bike will need new tires in the very near future. They're fine for around town, but I wouldn't do any high-speed highway runs on them. It runs well 90% of the time, but will sometimes bog down for a few seconds, then clear up and take off like a rocket. I suspect the carbs just need to be cleaned. All-in-all this is a good bike to either put a little love into, or go full bore and turn it into something really special. Buyer is responsible for pickup/shipping. Jeremy Toye To Compete In 2014 Pikes Peak Hill Climb Aboard Kawasaki ZX-10R

His accomplishments include setting the fastest lap for a newcomer at the Isle of Man TT in 2006, a third place at the Macau GP, and multiple top-five finishes in AMA Pro Racing competition. Race veteran Toye will compete in the Open Class Division on a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, which will be modified to meet the extreme demands of racing a 12.42-mile course ending at the mountain-top finish.

Supplied complete with the company's top of the range Featherlight cables, the kits are designed for a straightforward replacement of the factory-fitted equipment. Bike-specific kits are now available for the Honda CBR600F, Kawasaki ZX-6R/ZX-10R, Suzuki GSX-R600/750, Triumph 675 Daytona and Yamaha R1/R6, among others, with prices from £105. Here's Venhill's description of the new product: "Manufactured with a robust CNC machined alloy body, the 888 fast action twistgrip provides a choice of two settings and is supplied with two rotors so that riders can select the throttle action that best suits the riding conditions. Settings can be changed swiftly by undoing the two set screws securing the throttle body and changing the rotor. On the fastest setting there is 80° of rotation, (taking up 36mm of the cable), which is typically 45% faster than 'standard' throttles.
