Kawasaki KE175 description
I have for sale a very nice 1976 Kawasaki KE175. This is a great running, easy starting, clear titled bike that I recently restored. The bike actually has only 1060 miles on it but the speedometer broke when removing the cable. I replaced it with a nice one off a parts bike I had. It starts easy and rides and stops nice. This bike was already in good condition but the tank needed painting so I did the whole bike with new paint. The bike was polished up and checked out to be in good running condition and ready to ride. It does need a new headlight bulb though. Otherwise everything else works like it should. The seat is free of tears and the fuel tank is clean inside. The tires are original and still in decent shape. The fork ears are very lightly pitted but I have a very nice set that will go with the bike. I also installed a new battery and cleaned the carburetor. I have the original manual and shop book with it too. Overall this a very nice, low mile bike and a rare find in this shape. Please call with any questions. Jim 507-227-6052
I have some other nicely restored bikes I will be listing soon. I can help with finding a shipper. I also have a 71 Suzuki tc125 and a 73 Suzuki ts185 for sale but not restored yet. I have a real nice restored 71 Suzuki ts50 I may part with too. Also some early dt 250 Yamahas, a pair of 75 ke100's. Numerous Honda's and a couple of water buffaloes to sell. On Jul-10-16 at 20:29:29 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention that the right side fork boot is for a 78-newer. I am so far unable to find a new replacement fork dust cover but I do have a parts bike I can get a solid but weathered one off of, which at least will match the other side. On Jul-10-16 at 20:32:09 PDT, seller added the following information: I do have the original tool kit for this bike as well. |

Stuck for a gift? Solution No3: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki merchandise
Fri, 09 Dec 2011After the excesses of KTM and Harley's gifts ranges, Hondas seems tame. But even the sober Japanese firm has a handful of oddities in its line-up. The Japanese have been accused of imitating in the past, and Honda's incorporation of a baby's dummy in its official accessories catalogue mimics KTM's 'Silencer-System Mini Pro'.
