This GPz550 is pretty much complete. It will need some work to bring it out of moth balls or use as a parts bike or Vintage racing. The engine spins. It is in very good physical condition but will need the typical cleaning of the fuel system and flushing the fluids out. I have never had it running so I know little more than I have told you here.. Carbs? I have no idea as I have not opened them up. This bike is just too nice to part. If this bike does not sell then I will be parting it out. 2013 AMA Supercross Minneapolis Race Report
Mon, 15 Apr 2013Hometown hero Ryan Dungey put a stop to Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak, taking the victory before 48,846 supportive fans at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn. The Red Bull KTM rider from nearby Belle Plaine, Minn., stalked Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto for most of the race before taking the lead and winning the 20-lap race by just 0.903 seconds. The win put Dungey into second place in the standings ahead of Rockstar Suzuki‘s Davi Millsaps and perhaps more importantly, cut away at Villopoto’s points lead.

You need only look at the Ninja ZX-6R which shook off the shackles of the 600cc supersport segment with a 636cc displacement, then came the Ninja 300 replacing the 250. New spy photos from Indonesia, however suggest there’s still room for smaller engines from Team Green.

Fri, 13 Jul 2012Emerson Fittipaldi is probably best known for his four-wheel racing career which include two Formula One World Championships, a CART racing title and two Indy 500 victories. What might be less known, at least outside of his native Brazil perhaps, is Fittipaldi owns a pair of Kawasaki motorcycle dealerships. The 65-year-old former racer and his team has produced a limited edition run of 50 Kawasaki ZX-10R sportbikes in the black and gold colors of his 1972 F1 Championship-winning John Player Lotus 72 car.
