Kawasaki GPZ750 description

For sale is a very nice original 1982 GPZ750. This bike only has 11,257 original miles. Clean title in hand! This bike will need a little work to get it road worthy again. The carburetors are the main issue. My mechanic  had it running, but it was running rough, he said the carbs will need to be rebuilt. The bike will also need a battery. Cosmetically its all there, and in decent condition, but the paint is faded, could possibly be polished. Both right side blinkers are damaged, and the seat has a tear. All damage is shown in pictures. For a 34 year old bike, I think its in decent condition. It will need a little work to get it road worthy, and even more work to get it show worthy. Hard to find these bikes in original condition with low miles like this. With no reserve, someone is going to get a deal on this bike! Feel free to call the shop with questions: 717-501-4944

Kawasaki confirmed it will introduce a new Z1000 on Nov. 5 during the 2013 EICMA show in Milan. Team Green has been running a teaser campaign for the new Z for a couple of weeks now, so this isn’t exactly surprising news, except to confirm the new model will continue to use the Z1000 designation.

Recall for 2009-2010 Kawasaki KLX250

Tue, 05 Jul 2011

Kawasaki is recalling some 2009-2010 KLX250 models due to a risk of leaky fuel tanks. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the fuel tank on affected motorcycles may not be in contact with the frame-mounted rubber dampers designed to support the front of the tank, and the tank side mounting tabs may have excessive clearance from from the frame. As a result, spot-welded sections along the side tabs may be under excessive stress, potentially resulting in cracking and a fuel leak.
