Honda Super Hawk description

For sale is this wonderfully clean VTR 1000.  It is mostly stock, with modifications being a MRA windscreen, a Corbin seat, and a Two Brother's slip on exhaust with a stage 1 jet kit.  This bike also has new tires, new brake pads, a newer D.I.D. chain and Vortex rear sprocket.

Weighing in at around 450 pounds ready to ride, and 110 horsepower and 70 foot pounds of torque, this bike is really quick and perfect for city or canyon riding.

Copy and paste this address to hear the bike on start up: https://youtu.be/_RoIfuMxgro

This bike is ready to ride anywhere, and is Honda's version of a big twin, similar to a Ducati 900SS, Suzuki TL, or Aprilia.

This bike is being offered locally, and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Feel free to ask any questions before bidding, and good luck!

What resulted was getting to witness the exciting and talented Japanese riders, and bring new riders to the attention of the teams.

Yes, we know the chances of MotoGP going to Spa are thinner than a steam-rolled Supermodel but we like the thought of MotoGP going there. Check out this video of FIM 2009 World Superstock champion, Xavier Simeon, onboard a Honda CBR600RR, putting in a scorcher of a lap.

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
