Honda CT description

Vintage 1970 Honda Trail 90 Motorcycle, Runs and Rides Great!

Here we have for sale a nice vintage 1970 Honda Trail 90 motorcycle. This is a great old vintage bike with just 1,300 original miles on it. The bike is real clean and I just gave it a complete tune up and it runs fantastic! I adjusted the timing and valves, adjusted the points, replaced the spark plug, rebuilt the carburetor and adjusted the carburetor, put a new air filter on, put new fuel lines on it, replaced all of the cables, new grips, new mirrors, new rubber pegs, new levers, new seat cover, new battery and new tires on the bike. This bike is mechanically sound and starts up first kick, and runs beautiful. It runs and drives fantastic and shifts through all of the gears nice and easy. The lights all work and same with the horn. The yellow paint is original on the bike and is real nice! The paint is shiny and looks really nice in the sun, there is some minor scratches in the paint, here and there but nothing major. The exhaust pipe is solid and the chrome is nice on the pipe. There is a little scuff in the pipe guard but that's it. The plastic frame cover, air cleaner box, and battery box have all been repainted silver. The headlight bucket has a little tiny crack in it near the edge, where the headlight bezel comes in contact with the bucket, it's nothing really, just something to note. The fork boot is cracked and split on the throttle side. The handlebars and controls are real nice on the bike. The speedometer face is a little faded but still functions properly. The paint on the plastic frame cover, and air box is nice but not perfect, the plastic is a little hard but isn't broken. Overall this is a nice vintage Honda Trail 90 that you can have a blast with! It looks good enough so that you will be proud to own it, but it's not perfect where you don't want to ride it. You can enjoy this bike on or off-road. This bike has some normal wear on it, on the engine cases and sides of the bike. Please look at all of the pictures. I do NOT have a title for the bike. Again, I do NOT have a title. I will provide a bill of sale to the winning buyer. I only accept cash, check, or money order as acceptable forms of payment. I can store the bike for a month at my home so that shipping arrangements are made and the bike is picked up. The shipping is the buyers responsibility. I Can recommended a shipper I have used many times and they do great work for a reasonable price. They are an exclusive motorcycle shipping company and have one of the best ratings on UShip.com. Their company is J&M Transport. Please contact me for their contact information. They can give you a quote from Reno to where it needs to be delivered. My phone number is 775-830-6760 or email me with any questions. Thanks for looking!

Mon, 14 Nov 2011

Interesting motorcycles you probably didn't see1 of 11Next Last There’s no cave deep, mountain high or rock heavy enough to have thwarted news of Ducati’s 1199 Panigale superbike launch at the 2012 EICMA show in Milan, Italy. And a few models such as Honda’s NC700S and X, Kawasaki’s Versys 1000 and CRP’s Energica were unveiled without heavy prior fanfare, but gasps of surprise weren’t heard when the wraps were taken off Triumph’s Tiger 1200 Explorer, Husqvarna’s Nuda or MV Augusta’s F3 675 among others, whose existences were revealed months in advance of the show. What we’ve comprised below is our list Top 10 Bikes unveiled at EICMA that didn’t receive top billing but are certainly worthy of your attention.

Motorcycle Gymkhana: The Perfect Use For A Helmet-Mounted Swivel Camera – Video

Fri, 09 Aug 2013

We’ve posted motorcycle gymkhana videos before, but this takes the production value up just a notch with the camera mounted on a swivel on the rider’s helmet! In case you aren’t familiar with this form of motorcycle competition, the course is generally set in a large parking lot type setting and is marked with cones. But this isn’t your basic rider course.

2012 Honda Gold Wing Tour: Day 2

Wed, 18 May 2011

Yesterday we told you about a cool ride we’d be taking on the revised 2012 Honda Gold Wing. Our journey began in Lorton, Virginia and included a long stretch of the famous Blue Ridge Parkway. For those who have never visited the BRP, you’re missing a truly fantastic road, rising and falling among gentle mountains packed with foliage.
