Honda CL tech info
Honda CL description
This 1972 Honda CL175 spent the last 20+ years in a private collection, and the late owners widow recently liquidated everything. We were fortunate enough to get this beautiful, unrestored, original bike, and are now offering it here for the next owner to enjoy. A bike is only original once, and this is a rare find. Still has the original Bridgestone front tire and a period correct Dunlop K70 rear. The seat, grips, footpegs and controls are perfect. There are no dents in any of the sheetmetal. The chrome has a few minor blemishes, but no rust. There are a few very minor rust spots on the fender edges Please look at the photos, and enlarge them to see the details. New battery. Everything works as it should.
Bike will be sold with a Bill of Sale and a current New Hampshire Registration. This will get you a Reg and Title in any State, even New Jersey!
I will assist with shipping by making myself available for pickup, but I will not crate the bike. I have had good success shipping through UShip.
Due to winning bidders who do not follow through, if you have less than 5 positive feedback, you MUST contact me before bidding, or your bid will be rejected and you will be blocked from bidding. Sorry.
This is a no reserve auction. You must bid it to win it.

Honda CBR250R top speed run
Sun, 24 Apr 2011The Cope Law states that: the capacity of the bike you're riding is inversely proportional to your chances of a crash. Never was it more true than on the launch of Honda's CBR125R and CBR250R where a handful of UK journos were riding elbow to elbow for a couple of hours, with laughter flowing from everyone's lid as we all took turns to back in to roundabouts, burnout through town and wheelie from the lights.. This video shows me chasing Trevor Franklin of MCN fame on a top speed run.
