Honda CB description

I have here a beautiful 1970 Honda CB350 motorcycle. This is indeed a rare find as its condition is awesome. It has been stored in a heated and cooled basement for over 30 years. The bike has NO rust on it. In fact, it hasn't even been polished so I'm sure it would shine even brighter if that was done. The only real blemish is the red paint has faded some on the headlight. The bike has no dents in it either. We took this out of the gentleman's basement two months ago. Of course the battery was dead, but we did get it running on the old battery before we replaced it. The only other thing we did was remove the carburetors and clean them. After that, she was good to go. I do not ride a motorcycle, but my friend had her going 70 mph in no time. It comes complete with the original tool kit and owner's manual. I have the title for it from years ago, but with a bike this age all you need is a bill of sales. I'm sorry that I do not have a list of things that I did or had done to the bike, but there simply wasn't much of anything to do to it to get her up and running. I will be glad to try and answer any questions anyone may have. A $250.00 downpayment is due within 48 hrs of the close of the auction. The remainder can be paid when the bike is picked up. The buyer must arrange to pick the bike up. Thanks for looking.

Little brother: Honda introduced a "nano version" of the X-ADV scooter

Sun, 11 Aug 2019

The model is called ADV 150 and, despite its similarity with the X, it has nothing to do with it. The engine is a single-cylinder with a volume of 149.3 "cubes", developing 14.2 hp at 8500 rpm and 13.8 Nm at 6500 rpm. Suspension is a regular telescopic fork and two Showa rear shocks.

2012 Honda VFR1200F Returns With Some New Features

Tue, 08 Nov 2011

When Honda first introduced the VFR1200F late in 2009, Editor Duke was an instant believer in the machine’s capabilities. It blurred the line between sportbike and tourer, and the addition of a true dual-clutch transmission that actually works was truly a surprise. Honda is bringing the VFR back for 2012, much to our pleasure, and thankfully the company has spent the past two years developing some subtle but significant changes to it.

Flooding in Thailand Not Expected to Affect Honda Motorcycle Production

Thu, 13 Oct 2011

Severe flooding in Thailand has disrupted Honda’s automobile production but the company’s motorcycle production is expected to proceed normally. Hundreds have been died since July due to heavy flooding in Thailand and several provinces remain underwater as the Asian nation experiences its worst floods in 50 years. Heavy monsoon rains from multiple storm systems over the last few weeks have added to the problem, affecting millions in northern and central Thailand.
