Harley-Davidson Touring description
DESCRIPTION Many people would describe the Harley Davidson StreetGlide as the best looking bagger on the market and I would be inclined to agree with them. From the tip of its sleek front fender to the tip of its chrome exhaust, the Harley-Davidson Street Glide defines the state of the art in stripped down bagger style. Only Harley Davidson could pull off a machine like this. They stripped off all the excess and slammed the suspension and then dialed in the comfort. The result - a bike that goes from 4-lane super slab to neon drenched strip and never misses a beat. If you don’t need it, then it’s not here. If you do, you can make sure it doesn’t interrupt the immaculate lines. Let the High Output Twin Cam 103 cubic inch motor loose through the silky smooth 6 speed transmission and own the street, country road, or mountain pass near you. This bike comes in gorgeous Denim black color which I think makes the lines of this bike really stand out and I know many of our customers agree. Also included in the options of this bike are ABS, upgraded front speakers, and the security system with FOB. There is nothing here that you would ever miss. At the moment, a recall has only been announced by Transport Canada; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has yet to announce the recall due to the federal government shutdown, but recall notices are already being sent out to dealers in the U.S. According to the Canadian agency, the upper fork stem bracket was machined incorrectly, allowing for more steering angle than intended by the trike’s specifications.
Airhawk Introduces DS Comfort Seating System For Dual Sport Bikes, Bikes With Narrow Seats
Fri, 16 May 2014Airhawk, Inc., has introduced the DS Comfort Seating System, a cushion designed specifically for motorcyclists who ride dual sport bikes or bikes with narrower seats. Features of the DS cushion include a narrow front to match the seat profile of most dual sport/adventure bikes and bikes with narrow seats. A tapered-down front minimizes unwanted pressure on the scrotum, and a heavy-duty hold-down strap system ensures a secure fit to the bike. The DS also works well with narrow customized or aftermarket seats that have been installed for the purpose of getting the rider lower to the ground.
