Harley Davidson Santa Claus is made out of a Poly Resin. The item is 3 feet long 2 feet tall and hand painted. The wheels do spin and they are made out of the same Poly Resin. The Harley Davidson sticker is only displayed 1 side. ( like that when I got ) The HD STICKER appears to me to be applied on top of the paint. Removal of the HD sticker may be possible with a little heat. ( hair dryer ) without damaging the tank. I don't see any markings on it to tell who or when it was made. It appears to be pretty rare especially for something this large . A must have for a Harley Davidson enthusiast / owner. SHIPPING IS $100 UPS Continental US or Free Local Pickup. Fri, 09 Aug 2013For sale on Ebay right now are two original Harley-Davidson Sportsters ridden by legendary stuntman Evel Knievel in the film “Viva Knievel!“ Click here to see the Ebay listing, which ends on Monday, August 12. The first is the “Flying Eagle” Strato-Cycle, which is one of two used in the movie. The bike is complete with full documentation including original sales invoice from Harley-Davidson in 1977, which certified (with matching VIN numbers) and specifies that it was used in the Viva Knievel movie.
Motorcycle Thefts Down 11.2% in 2010
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.

Thu, 11 Apr 2013Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Aerosmith and country artist Toby Keith were introduced as headline performers along with the previously announced Kid Rock for Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebration. Each headline concert will be held at the Marcus Amphitheater at the south side of Henry Maier Festival Park (A.K.A. the Summerfest Grounds) in Harley-Davidson‘s hometown Milwaukee.
