Yamaha YZF-R description

Your are looking at a high quality 50th Anniversary edition of the legendary Yamaha R-6.  This bike is 100% completely STOCK!! I have had this bike for a little over a year and a half and have had nothing wrong with it except for a little cosmetic damage on the right mirror and right turn signal shown in the picture. I change the oil before and after every season. You will not find a better bike than this one!  Only reason for selling is I am looking for a more relaxed bike to ride. Icon helmet and jacket included as well as a bike cover.

Buyer responsible for pick-up and shipping.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the bike must be shipped or picked up within 10 days. Communication is required within 24 hours, or the winning bidder risks having the item relisted. We accept certified bank checks, money orders, bank to bank wire transfers, and of course cash in person.

Bank to bank wire transfers usually show in our account within 24 hours of transfer, except on weekends. Banks now require that any out of state certified checks, money orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering delivery time.

BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates

Tue, 03 Jan 2012

In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.

2012 Yamaha TMax Scooter Unveiled At EICMA

Wed, 09 Nov 2011

Not one to rest on its laurels, Yamaha’s sportbike/scooter hybrid, the TMax, was unveiled earlier today at EICMA with a few important upgrades to keep it ahead of the competition. The most apparent change from the previous generation TMax is the redesigned bodywork, which boasts an even more aggressive look while maintaining the classic TMax looks. The distinctive double headlights, enhanced accent lines, and an upwards-swooping LED tail assembly all lend to highlight the TMax’s sporting nature.
