Up for auction is my 2011 yz450fa. I purchased it new in 2012. Adult owned, and in great condition. I had a back injury on an ATV in 2010, and decided to switch to a bike. I absolutely love to ride it, but have realized it is too much for me, and I hate to see it sit. I have never raced it. It's only been in the dunes a few times, and otherwise ridden in trails. Time meter only has 15.4 hours. This is a fuel injected bike. Bid with confidence. Comes with hand gaurds and engine rock deflector. I will deliver within 50 miles of 49107, otherwise local pick up only. Only if buy it now is met, I will include a Big Gun slip on exhaust, complete rear wheel assembly with Sand Snake paddle tire (only used twice), chain used in sand, and bike stand. Yamaha Teases R25 / R3 and Tricity Reveal on March 25

Jeremy Burgess Out and Silvano Galbusera In as Valentino Rossi’s Crew Chief
Mon, 11 Nov 2013Valentino Rossi has parted ways with longtime crew chief Jeremey Burgess, ending a partnership that extended across 14 years and three different manufacturers while capturing seven MotoGP and 500cc Grand Prix World Championships. Burgess will be replaced by Louis CK lookalike Silvano Galbusera, a veteran crew chief and mechanic whose most extensive experience comes from World Superbike and Supersport racing. As crew chief and/or technical director, Galbusera has worked with an impressive roster of riders including Troy Corser, Noriyuki Haga, Cal Crutchlow and Ben Spies.
US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
