I'm the original owner of this bike. never one problem with it. have added a few things over last couple years as listed: Yamaha saddle bags Yamaha back rest Yamaha windshield lowering links 0-3'' black mirrors 240 rear tire have blacked out a few chrome pcs as well Should have most of stock parts around. I'm getting out of biking for awhile to focus on a few more family activities, hate to see it go but will make someone very happy, and not to mention try getting one of these at this price :)...... OEMs Plug into Electric Bikes
Sat, 01 Nov 2008KTM introduced its prototype electric motorcycle earlier this week, and electric bike manufacturer Zero Motorcycles almost immediately responded by opening sales on its 2009 Zero X dirt bike (look for our review of the 2008 model next week!). But these two companies aren’t the only ones exploring the possibilities of electric-powered motorcycles. In September, Japan’s largest industrial information journal Nikkei Business Daily reported that both Honda and Yamaha have set target dates for launching their own electric-powered motorcycles.

Thu, 16 Jan 2014In preparation for Anaheim 2, round 3 of the AMA Supercross championship, a few Yamaha teams are embracing the past for team colors. The CycleTrader.com Rock River Yamaha team is going back to Yamaha’s corporate roots with a White and Red themed look that could be found on YZs in the latter half of the 1980s and into the 90s. This color scheme also graced the prototype YZ400F Doug Henry rode into the history books with his win at the 1997 Las Vegas Supercross.
Yamaha EC-Miu Electric Trike Scooter Concept to Debut in Tokyo
Wed, 16 Nov 2011Yamaha is presenting a new electric scooter concept model at the Tokyo Motor Show in December. The Yamaha EC-Miu concept will debut alongside two other concepts, the XTW250 RYOKU and the Y125 MOEGI. The Yamaha EC-Miu is an electric trike, with two wheels at the rear, a design choice Yamaha says makes for a “stable, easy ride that women will especially enjoy”.
