05' was a very special year because of how much lighter the bike is than all the other years. It also has better low down torque. It is in absolutely immaculate condition. This R6 needs nothing. Fri, 29 Jun 2012OK, so it's only for kids, but the new Yamaha M1 WGP 50th Anniversary Balance Bike is still quite cool. Aimed at kids between 2 and 6 years old, it's the same Kiddimoto superbike design that's been around for a few years, and costs the same as the standard Kiddimoto. Which means you effectively get the special graphics and Yamaha branding free of charge.
Andrea Dovizioso Signs with Tech 3 Yamaha for 2012
Tue, 11 Oct 2011The Tech 3 MotoGP team has reached a one-year agreement with Andrea Dovizioso, signing the Repsol Honda factory rider to take Colin Edwards’ place on the Yamaha satellite team in the 2012 season. Dovizioso will join the Tech 3 Yamaha team after three years with the Repsol Honda team. Despite currently holding onto the third overall spot on the 2011 championship points standings with five podium appearances and 13 top-five finishes in 15 races, Dovizioso found himself the odd man out with Honda which will stick with a two-man factory team of Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa with Marco Simoncelli riding a factory-supported Honda RC212V with the Gresini team.

Yamaha has made it clear the Bolt Café is only a reference model to showcase the customization potential of the Bolt. At its heart remains the Bolt’s 942cc V-Twin engine and double-cradle frame.
