Yamaha DT250 enduro description

DT250 Enduro I have owned it 20 plus years .Ran well when I put it up 5 or 6 years ago -good compression .I took off lights etc and ran it completely off road when I put it up I put the lights back on it but didn't fiddle with the wiring .Will need some TLC - bike is intact with the exception of the rear fender which is aftermarket .Note the exhaust is complete and functional usually broken or missing .There are a few dents here and there and it could use some flat black paint here and there .Will need tires as these have seen better days .
I will not ship or crate this bike .I would assist your shipper with loading it .
Payment due within seven (7) days of auctions closing .
Thank You for looking .

Wed, 08 Jan 2014

Stage 4 of the 2014 Dakar saw Juan Pedrero take his maiden victory aboard a Sherco SR 450 Rally. Although not in contention for the overall, Pedrero showed he has outgrown his previous role as Marc Coma’s lieutenant at KTM by bringing his Sherco across the finish line 3:10 faster than third place Coma and 29 seconds faster than second place finisher Francisco Lopez. Coma’s performance in today’s stage moved him to only 3:10 behind overall leader Joan Barreda.

AMA Sportbike: 2012 Daytona 200 Results

Tue, 20 Mar 2012

The 2012 Daytona 200 delivered another fairy-tale finish with underdog privateer Joey Pascarella and the Project 1 Atlanta team fending off a pack of three other racers to win by a slim 0.048 second margin. Competing in just his first Daytona 200, 19-year-old Pascarella from Victorville, Calif., held the lead for 41 out of 57 laps to finish first ahead of a last year’s winner Jason DiSalvo while Cameron Beaubier squeezed by 2010 Daytona Sportbike Champion Martin Cardenas in a photo-finish to take third. For the Project 1 Atlanta team, the win marked a dramatic turnaround from a let down in 2011.
