Since its introduction in 2008, the Vision has been our favorite at Cruisin' 66. One ride on this beauty and you're sure to understand why. The vision's aluminum frame and low center of gravity really make it a sportbike that thinks its a luxury touring machine. Luxury features on this bike include heated seats, heated hand grips, 4 speaker AM/FM/WB stereo with aux inputs, windshield that raises and lowers on the fly with the push of a button, ABS brakes. We have also added Stage 1 exhaust, a trunk net, lower wind deflectors and a heel shifter. The 106 cubic inch motor (1731cc) powers this thing down whatever road you choose to take it on, and the 6 speed overdrive transmission keeps the RPMs low giving outstanding fuel economy. Polaris/Victory Donate $154,125 to Wounded Warrior Project

As part of its annual summer sales meeting and its presence at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Polaris Industries Inc., Victory Motorcycles, and the Company’s dealers donated $154,125 to the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). The donation was part of Polaris’ continuing relationship with the WWP, an organization that raises awareness and aids injured servicemen and women. Earlier this year, Polaris also gave away three special, blacked-out RANGER RZRXP4 900 side-by-side vehicles to WWP veterans.

Polaris Registers Design for Liquid-Cooled Victory

Polaris Industries has registered a design patent with the European Union for what appears to be a new liquid-cooled Victory motorcycle. The design sketches, registered and published through the EU’s Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), reveal a single-seat cruiser with a liquid-cooled V-Twin engine. The overall aesthetic is very much a Victory, with stacked twin slash-cut exhausts and bobbed fenders similar to the Vegas 8-Ball.

EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship

Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.
