Topping our list of refinements is an all-new transmission. Our engineers examined every gear, tolerance, ratio and shift dog to completely redesign the guts of the gearbox. Combined with a new clutch design, the result is a smoother and quieter-shifting transmission. We also narrowed the bike significantly for an easier reach to the ground and pulled back the handlebars 2 inches for added comfort on long rides. We even shaved 27 pounds of weight from the V92SC through the use of lighter wheels, clutch, subframe and footpeg mounts. What we didn't change are the monster 50mm Marzocchi front forks, high-performance adjustable Fox shock, 2-into-1 sport exhaust, bobbed fenders and a rear tire that's 180mm fat. Isle of Man TT 2013: Royal London 360 Superstock Results
Mon, 03 Jun 2013We’re only three days into the racing action for the Isle of Man TT and one rider has already established himself as the star of this TT. Michael Dunlop, of the famous Dunlop racing family, took the victory at the Royal London 360 Superstock race, giving him his third win of the 2013 Isle of Man TT. The latest win gives Dunlop six in his career on the Mountain Course, tying him with such noted names as Geoff Duke, Jimmie Guthrie, Jim Redman and John Surtees.
2014 Hesketh 24 Officially Launched
Mon, 16 Jun 2014British brand Hesketh has officially launched its limited edition tribute to its Formula 1 roots and the start of a new generation of motorcycles. The Hesketh 24 was originally supposed to be ready in February but after encountering some delays, the 1950cc V-Twin is ready to go. Hesketh is only producing 24 units, but the company says it has plans for a two-seat sport-touring model based on the same platform.
Expansion Forces Polaris Industries to Cancel 2014 American Victory Rally

This year, unfortunately, Polaris has realized that its American Victory Rally will not be able to take place at the company’s Spirit Lake, Iowa facility because of “extensive transformation of manufacturing lines.” “All of us at Victory are disappointed that we are unable to host the rally this year as we know our riders are passionate about their bikes and the opportunity to connect with each other, the Spirit Lake community and Victory employees at the annual rally,” said Marcy Bosch, committee chair, American Victory Rally. “We will be transforming our manufacturing lines this summer to keep up with the demands fueled by the continued enthusiasm for Victory bikes and our other products, which means we won’t be able to free up the facilities and dedicate the resources necessary to support a quality rally.
