Greetings. Up for sale 1996 Triumph Trophy 900, inline triple, in a beautiful "British Racing Green", Well looked after, adult ridden, great looking bike despite being 20 years old. with 21,500 miles.
Recently replaced and service performed (over $900 worth in parts and labor) New rear tire, (front has 1,500 miles); new battery, new fork seals, new air filter, (3) new ignition coils by Nology. Carbs cleaned, engine coolant replaced. Additionally bike comes with Corbin seat (which has a little tear temporary fixed with gorilla tape, holds well), brand new (never used) side bags liners, owners handbook, service manual, tall screen, bike cover. Bike is located in Queens, NY. Preferred form of payment, cash. Payment by checks, ...bike will be released only after funds clear on my bank account. Wed, 22 Feb 2012Spanish magazine Motociclismo has acquired photos of what it says will be a new 2013 Triumph Trophy 1200 sport-tourer. According to Motociclismo, the 2013 Triumph Trophy 1200 uses many of the same components as the recently launched Triumph Tiger Explorer, including its 1215cc inline Triple engine and shaft drive. The Trophy 1200 will likely also get traction control and ABS like the Tiger Explorer, as well as touring-oriented niceties such as an adjustable windscreen, heated grips, panniers and cruise control.
Unchained: 2013 Triumph Rocket III Free of Power Restrictions
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Triumph has updated its Rocket III cruiser for 2013, adding more blacked-out components and a new seat, but perhaps the most significant change is what Triumph took away: the electronic torque limiter. Previous versions of the Triumph Rocket III and the Rocket III Touring variant had its power and torque neutered in the first three gears. The reins are off for 2013 however, with the Rocket III’s 2294cc engine delivering full power in all gears.

Fri, 25 Mar 2011Things are coming along nicely in the Speed Triple camp. I’ve finally removed my gaffa tapped heated jacket controls from the tank, and fitted a pair of Bridgestones sticky but durable BT-16’s. Last week a huge box full of R&G crash protection stuff arrived so that will be fitted at the weekend for peace of mind, just as well really because the Triumph now feels like a finely tuned scratcher thanks to a recent new discovery.
