This is a pre unit motor primary and transmission on a triumph Duplex frame. The motor turns over and has great compression. the triple trees appear to be from a Nacelle bike, the lowers are front end with extended pipes, The front wheel is an original triumph wheel. the rear wheel is a triumph hub in a harley wheel. The engine has a tach drive cover, All in all a good deal of original triumph parts or an almost completed old school Triumph Chopper. Tue, 27 Sep 2011Triumph announced some updates to its Tiger 1050 and Tiger 1050SE for 2012, though at the moment it appears only the SE version will be offered in the United States. The 2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and the special edition version receive updated suspension with new damping settings for both the front and the rear as well as a stiffer rear shock. Triumph says the updates will provide a more controlled ride for both riding solo or with a passenger while brake diving is also reduced.
Triumph Reports 2011 Financial results
Thu, 01 Dec 2011Triumph reported a 7% increase in unit sales and a 47.8% increase in operating profit for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011. According to Triumph, the British manufacturer sold 48,684 units over the year, a 7% increase from the 45,501 units sold the previous year. Operating income totaled 22.3 million pounds (US$35.0 million), a large jump from the operating income of 15.1 million pounds (US$23.7 million) reported last year thanks to a more efficient use of working capital and reduced costs.
