Triumph Rocket III description

One Owner! Low Miles! A Beautiful Beast!

Great condition, It has lots of extras; Triumph Fly screen, Triumph engine bars with foot pegs, Triumph heated grips, Triumph TOR mufflers (I have the original mufflers too should you want them - they look the same), RamAir airbox delete, Triumph rear seat with large backrest and luggage rack.

This bike is very reliable and has no issues, Would rate it a 9 out of 10 because the left blinker needs tlc (it works, it just snapped off) Otherwise it would be showroom.

Huge 2300cc (140ci) engine, a TON of torque and massively fun, Guaranteed to put a bigass grin on your face. Surprisingly easy to ride, Despite it's size and weight... Everyone who rides a Rocket, loves it.

New Avon tires and also has a Tire warranty along with an extended warranty as well!

Original Owner, Garage Kept, Dealer Serviced, Accident Free, Clean, Maintenance Records

Listing will end if sold sooner … It is listed locally, in addition to here on eBay

Wed, 29 Jan 2014

Triumph is recalling a combined total of 2,800 units of the Tiger Explorer and Trophy SE due to a problem with the electronic control unit detecting the throttle position. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the ECU’s detection threshold is set too tightly and it lacked proper signal filtering, causing it to prematurely detecting a deviation in the throttle butterfly position. The ECU would then activate the ride-by-wire system’s safety shutdown, closing the throttle butterly valve and cutting the fuel and ignition.

Triumph Sets Sales Record but Suffers First Operating Loss Since 2009

Thu, 12 Dec 2013

Triumph sold 52,089 motorcycles from its fiscal year ended June 30, 2013, setting a new company record for annual sales. At the same time, the company announced an operating loss of £95,000 (US$155,300), the company’s time in the red since 2009.
