Triumph Rocket III description

This red, 2006 Triumph Rocket III Classic, 41250 miles. Powered by a fuel injected, 2.3 liter, inline 3 cylinder, 5 speed transmission, delivers 147 lb-ft of torque. There is nothing else like it! Has a 6 gallon fuel tank, new battery, and passenger back rest with luggage rack. Rider back rest pivots down when you throw your leg over, and snaps back when your ass is in the seat. Has pair of removable saddle bags, with water proof covers, and two wind shields. One is a large shield, as seen in pictures, the other is a shorter, summer shield.
IT WILL NEED NEW TIRES for next season.

This is an awesome bike, with a lot of miles left in her, I will miss her, but I have other things, I need to do.

AMA Sportbike: 2012 Daytona 200 Results

Tue, 20 Mar 2012

The 2012 Daytona 200 delivered another fairy-tale finish with underdog privateer Joey Pascarella and the Project 1 Atlanta team fending off a pack of three other racers to win by a slim 0.048 second margin. Competing in just his first Daytona 200, 19-year-old Pascarella from Victorville, Calif., held the lead for 41 out of 57 laps to finish first ahead of a last year’s winner Jason DiSalvo while Cameron Beaubier squeezed by 2010 Daytona Sportbike Champion Martin Cardenas in a photo-finish to take third. For the Project 1 Atlanta team, the win marked a dramatic turnaround from a let down in 2011.
